The AGM was held as part of Club Day at 13:00 on Sat. 7th Sept. The meeting heard brief reports on last year's activity, voted on the budget and subscriptions for the coming season and voted for the Committee positions and Captains for the new season.

Subscriptions are now due - please read the notice copied below from outgoing Membership Secretary Max Levenger. Your team captain or Junior organiser can also help if you need more details on how much you should pay and how to pay.

"After a few years on committee, I am now standing down as Membership Secretary and Mackenzie Hill has kindly agreed to take over. Whilst we set up his admin account on Pitchero, I said I'd send this out on his behalf....

At the AGM last Saturday, the annual subscriptions were agreed and are now due, so please make payment straight away. The subs for this year are:

• Full members - £395
• Junior (with Adult/Development matches) - £280
• Junior (Sundays only) - £160
• Playing Social (5 match playing limit)/ University - £120
• Social (non-player) - £50

We are still offering discounts for family membership:

• 1st player - full price
• 2nd player - full price
• 3rd player - cheapest sub ½ price
• 4th player - cheapest sub free

Payment can be made via electronic transfer to account ending 9874. Email Mackenzie and he will send you the details if you don’t already have them.

There are several ways to split this amount into regular monthly payments, details available on request. Please can you also log in to your Pitchero account and check all contact details are still correct for yourself and any children.

If you are no longer playing, please let us know and we will remove you from the database to stop receiving further messages and payment requests.
