5. Stretching & Developing Players / Talent Centre
Old Silhillians HC is one of only a small number (less than 5% ) of Hockey Clubs within England that have been invited to become a Talent Centre.
The Talent Centre Accreditation is recognition of a club that has an excellent culture and supporting infra-structure to support the healthy development of talented players aged 11-15 (as well as outside of that age range).
